Slug and lettuce, Sale, Manchester(Stongegate group)

This floor was refurbished in 2019, but due to a serious leak for underground drain’s, caused the suspended floor to disintegrate in various parts throughout the Trade area/toilets and commercial kitchen.
Once the building contractor installed new 18mm boarding throughout, we prepared with 6mm plyboard and screeding levels to the existing floors which was left in situ.

Once the floor was correctly prepared, we used Karndean Vangogh throughout, 3mm LVT commercial plank, enhancing the real looks of solid oak.

The kitchen floor had a commercial safety floor installed for premium slip resistance and a wood effect safety floor for the toilet/restrooms
