We send out a Quality Control form at the end of each job, and on return the forms are checked and shown to the fitters and the management team, to make sure that all feedback are taken seriously and acted upon in the unlikely event of a problem. We are keen to have feedback as we are constantly reviewing our methods of working. We only use tried and tested products, from the initial preparation of the sub-floor, to flooring and finishing. As our suppliers are established and lead the market in flooring products they in turn have high standards of quality management.
