Brand new fit out to a large regional tyre wholesaler.

This purpose built unit had some challenges. The concrete substrate was too dense and smooth and had to be shot blasted to create a profiled surface. The moisture levels checked and was recored high on the RH level, the floor had a liquid epoxy dpm applied.

The floors smoothed with Ardex NA compound, then new floor coverings installed, specified Altro safety floors throughout for slip safety coverings.

Also installed was pvc expansion strips to honor the concrete expansion and saw joints in the concrete slab/concrete.
