Amazon inherited this site from Tesco and so we was approached to replace the flooring with a new safety floor and Amazon approved colour,
The old flooring stripped up and removed, some leveling carried out and then 6mm plyboard installed, nailed with our compressor spotnailer.
The joints feathered to remove line marks, then buffed with our orbital sander.
Areas all vacuumed and ready for the safety floor, adhesives and screeds by Ardex.
All joints heat welded to create a waterproof surface.
We specified polysafe 2mm standard safety floor, to work within Amazon budgets and the wearability considered for the two busy canteens.
Customer is delighted with the outcome and has requested further work in the same colour.
