Nestled in the Peak District, this unique property undertook a full refurbishment, we installed 100m2 of traditional fit carpet by Calderdale carpets, Axminster and commercial rated, bronze nosings to finish the looks.

Due to the age of the building we had an issue with the kitchen floor, upon inspection, the old latex screed had to be removed, so we used a 3phase planer to remove approx 5mm of damage surface, the floor was then infilled with Ardex screed, followed by a liquid epoxy dpm to control the moisture, then followed by a 4mm latex screed.

Once the preparation has cured, commerial 3mm rated safety floor was installed by Altro, giving the highest slip resistance for a busy kitchen.

All the works prepped and completed in 7 days.
