Full refurbishment of over 250m2, the old carpet was removed, the metal raised access floor was plyboarded for a smooth finish. The clients, Hilton Hotel and the F.A discussed the options and opted for a Kardean rigid core commercial limestone style tile in a contemporary mid grey shade, product tile is a loose lay 5G click system, a 5-8mm expansion gap has to be allowed for, and where we had to include natural breaks, brushed chrome brass strips was used for a prestigious feel.
