Full refurbishment.
40 bedrooms and ensuites, communal shower and bathrooms, Dining room, office space and communal corridors

New re- model and refurbishment throughout, all the flooring was ripped up and removed, new carpeting throughout, carpet used was Danfloor equinox impervious flooring, fully adhered.
The ensuites were a little more challenging, after the floor removal, the levels to the shower drains had to be corrected by the use of new plyboard and specialist floor screeds.
The flooring installed was Altro Aquarious, safety flooring designed for continuous wet areas.
All screeds used by Uzin.

One of the main challenges whilst the work was carried out was the home was fully occupied, so close co-operation with the home and work staff to empty rooms and make sure these are installed to keep in the programme,

All was completed before the end date and to a very high standard, the home and residents now enjoying fresh and contemporary new finish’s .
