New flooring was recently installed to the refurbished TAU ward, new rooms and refurbished reception.
Challenge encountered was removing the old resin paint which was evident once the old flooring uplifted.
The floor was profiled and cleaned, once vacuumed the substrate
was screeded with Ardex underlayment.
Polyflor Perlazzo was the specified product, PU coated product for a clinical and clean finish, the perimeter edges turned up and all joints heat welded for an impervious surface.
