On this project which was challenging due to the condition of the sub floor. The concrete had to be diamond grind numerous times to remove poor surface concrete and contaminants.

Once the grind was complete, the floor had Ardex damp moisture epoxy system installed . The perimeter edges was prepared to cove the resin system to make a seamless finish.

The floor preparation took 4 days to complete and 1 day to complete the resin flake system, which was then sealed with polyurethane for a chemical and scratch resistant floor. This floor system is available in a range of colours.
