On this project we installed new flooring to an extension recently added on to the existing building. On the new concrete slab we installed Uzin latex screed moisture as there was residual moisture evident. Once this was dry the whole area was installed with Tarkett Safetread wood vinyl, R10 slip resistance vinyl and into 15 bedrooms. This was done in stages as the residents had to be re-located.

In the shower area and seclusion room we installed new vinyl coverings to the wall and hygienic wall cladding to the shower area 250m2 of Tarkett installed.
