Here we had a challenge to remove the old resin paint by diamond grinding, latex the entire floor with Ardex underlayment screed. We also had expansion gaps in the concrete slab to make sure these where adhered to.  As the environment was live tech rooms, the dust was an issue, so we connected all equipment to our commercial vacuums to keep 99% dust free environment.
