Dated and tired tiled floor was overcoated with screed from Tilemaster, Proflow. The existing tiles was roughed up with a sanding machine and primed prior to the screed.
Once dried the new Karndean was installed and installed flush with the new carpeting from Brintons Carpet.

Recently remodelled with this bespoke carpeting from Wilton Carpets. The floor was prepared and new 42oz underfelt installed. This is our first phase at this hotel and leisure complex, we will be refurbish the entire hotel bedrroms and bar areas.
