10 year old flooring removed, full preparation, ground floor required full mechanical removal, 1st floor had the old plyboard removed and disposed.
1st floor with 100m2 of new 6mm plyboard mechanically fixed, ground floor with full grind and latex screed.
New staircase flooring with aluminium nosings.
Product chosen was Polyflor forest fx, wood effect commercially rated, modern colour and contemporary finish to enhance a nice interior for the staff and pupils alike.
