This project was completed in two phases, consisting of two new reception areas, toilet facilities, a new office, and staircase carpeting. Before the flooring installation could commence, the floor required the application of a damp-proof membrane and floor grinding.

Subsequently, the floor was coated with a smoothing compound, and once dried, the new floor finishes were installed.
